Subscriptions

Certain features and functionalities of the Service may be available through subscription plans (“Subscriptions”). Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on the subscription plan you choose.

Upon the completion of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same terms unless you cancel it or we terminate it. You can cancel the Subscription renewal by following the instructions in your account settings or contacting our customer support team.

To purchase a Subscription, you must provide accurate and complete billing information, including your full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment details. By providing this information, you authorize us to charge the Subscription fees using your chosen payment method. In the event of failed automatic billing, we will notify you and provide instructions for manual payment within a specified deadline.

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period (“Free Trial”) for certain Subscriptions at our discretion. To sign up for the Free Trial, you may be required to provide your billing information. During the Free Trial, you will not be charged for the Subscription. However, on the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you cancel your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the chosen plan. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer without prior notice.

Changes in Fees

We may modify the Subscription fees for the Service at any time and at our sole discretion. Any changes to the Subscription fees will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle. You will receive reasonable prior notice of any changes in Subscription fees, allowing you the opportunity to terminate your Subscription before the modified fees come into effect. By continuing to use the Service after the Subscription fee change, you accept the new fees.

Content

Our Service provides you with the ability to generate, upload, store, share, and distribute various forms of information, such as text, graphics, videos, or other materials (referred to as “Content”). You are solely responsible for the Content you post on the Service, ensuring that it complies with legal requirements and is appropriate and reliable.

By posting Content on the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service. You retain full ownership rights to the Content you submit, post, or display on the Service, and it is your responsibility to protect those rights.
